Hello blog

It feels like a lifetime since I last posted. I've finished my second year at Uni and am currently fending off competing demands on my time so that I can put together a proposal for my dissertation. It needs to be in by the end of June and I'm yet to fix upon a definite topic.

I'm currently looking out of the study window and can see a gaggle of house-callers working their way down the street. They are either canvassing for the Euro elections or Jehovah's Witnesses - I'm not sure which would be worse at the moment!
